The Pomodoro Technique is a simple way to work without turning into a puddle. The idea: focus hard for 25 minutes, then take a short break. Repeat four times, then take a longer break. That's one full cycle.
The name comes from a tomato-shaped kitchen timer. Yes, really. No, it doesn't matter.
How to use this one: Hit Start, do your thing, and when the timer ends it'll ask if you want a short or long break. The dots below the clock track how many sessions you've done in the current cycle.
Keyboard shortcuts: Space to start/pause · R to reset · S for settings · D to toggle light/dark · 1 for Pomodoro · 2 for Short Break · 3 for Long Break.
